This command brings up a dialog that allows you to select the kings that you are going to break treaty with on the coming turn.  

Use it to add or remove kings from the list or just to graphically see which kings you are currently breaking treaty with.


Tip: This command is also handy for refreshing your memory of which king corresponds to what king number.
